Try before you pay

The free tier is not a trial — it has no time limit and needs no account. You can use Orbit for as long as you like before deciding whether Pro is worth it, which is the best refund policy there is.

Refunds

If Pro is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. No form, no justification required. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time from the link in your purchase receipt. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.

Lifetime licences

The same 14-day window applies. After that a lifetime licence is non-refundable, since there is no ongoing charge to stop.

What happens to your data

Nothing. Your tasks are on your device and are unaffected by a refund — Orbit simply returns to the free tier, and the free tier keeps working.

Email billing@example.com from the address you purchased with, and mention the order reference from your receipt.
